KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Help to provide research, analysis, presentation and support for identifying, evaluating and resolving new location opportunities within the region
Help to establish, maintain and update database and information library of existing locations operational data within the region
To prepare internal briefing papers and market analysis as required by the Real Estate Director, Greater China
To support the Real Estate Director, Greater China in initiating other real estate initiatives within the region
Requirement
strong analytical skills, familiar with Microsoft software, i.e. Excel & PPT
每周出勤3-5天，实习期6个月以上者优先；
有奢侈品/快消/时尚行业实习经验或对以上行业感兴趣者优先；
2022年毕业，愿意长期实习，毕业后有转正意向者优先
